How can I find out which delivery options are available for an item?

Following adding an item to the basket you can proceed to the checkout, where you will find an option to add your desired delivery postcode; in the subsequent section on the page it will display all the available delivery options for your chosen item(s).

Do you offer a Price Match Guarantee?

Absolutely! We constantly monitor prices to ensure you get the best deal on possible and we're confident that our prices are amongst the best. However, if you happen to find a lower price, our Price Match Guarantee ensures we will match it if you notify us.

What can I do if I have placed my order to the incorrect address?

Please call us at 0330 057 7143 or use our live chat service to inform us as soon as possible. Have your order reference ready. In some instances, we may not be able to amend your details directly and might need to cancel your order so you can resubmit it.

Can I pay for my purchase in instalments?

Yes! We have partnered with leading buy now pay later providers PayPal and Clearpay to help spread your payments with 0% interest.

Do you offer weekend deliveries?

Yes, we offer Saturday delivery on the majority of our products and to most UK mainland addresses as long as you order before 1pm on Mon-Fri. Saturday delivery's incur a £14.99 surcharge.

To find out if your item and delivery address are eligible for Saturday simply add your product to the basket and proceed to the checkout page where the available delivery services will be populated.

Do you provide voucher codes for purchases?

In order to keep our prices the best, we only offer voucher codes on selected items and this will be clearly highlighted on the product page.

Can I track my order?

We partner with a range of leading courier services to deliver your new items a timely and safe manner. All of our couriers will provide delivery updates via text message to inform you of the time and date you can expect your parcel to arrive.

What happens if my item is faulty?

In the highly unlikely event of your item arriving faulty, you have the legal right to a refund, repair or replacement. You can find the full details of your rights on our returns page here.

Does my item come with a warranty?

All the items we sell come with a manufacturer warranty and your rights are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The majority of items come with a 12-month warranty as standard but a number of our suppliers offer extended warranties.

Please be aware that any 'extended' warranty offers from our suppliers must be registered by yourself before their promotional deadlines.

What is the process for returning my purchase?

As per your statutory rights, you have a 14-day return window if you're dissatisfied with your purchase. The product must be returned in its original undamaged packaging to receive a full refund.

If the item is not in its original packaging, a fee may apply. You're responsible for returning the item to us in an acceptable condition.
