What do you sell?

Which brands do you supply?

Beyond Television are authorised retailers for almost every major electrical manufacturer. Our brands include Alphason, Baumatic, Belling, Bosch, Creda, Canon, Dyson, Electrolux, Hoover, Hotpoint, Indesit, JVC, LG, Panasonic, Parkinson-Cowan, Philips, Pioneer, Samsung, Sanyo, Sharp, Sony, Toshiba, Tricity-Bendix, Vivanco and Zanussi... to name but a few!

Can I purchase items not featured on the site

We only feature a carefully selected range of our comprehensive stock on our website. To purchase items not featured on the site, call a member of our sales team on 0330 0577143 and they'll be glad to help. If you're looking for something specific but we don't normally stock it, we can order it especially for you. You can also email us on [email protected].

How can I pay for my goods?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Our site uses the industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all your personal details including your name, address and card details. We're so confident in the security of our website that we put our Security Guarantee on every purchase.

When will my items arrive?

We will arrange a delivery on the date selected by the customer from the calendar options available. If we are not able to delivery on the specified date we contact the customer in advance to arrange another suitable date.

Can you deliver outside the UK?

At the moment we can only deliver within the UK, including Northern Ireland and other offshore locations. If non-UK deliveries become available, we'll post details here.

What about guarantees and back-up service

Everything we supply is fully covered by the manufacturer's guarantee, for a minimum of 12 months; (see our Terms and Conditions for more details). For the remainder of the guarantee period, the manufacturer of your item will arrange a visit from a local service centre, where a qualified technician with either repair the item, or advise on replacing it. Exceptions to this are JVC and Philips items, which we'll collect for repair.

Is extneded warranty protection available

With our low-cost extended warranty plan, we can cover your equipment for up to 5 years. To find out more, and for the latest premiums, simply email [email protected].

What information do you collect from customers, and why?

When you place an order with us, we need to know your name, email address, home address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and card expiry date. We may also ask for your home and work telephone numbers. This information allows us to authorise your credit or debit card payments, process and fulfil your order, and notify you of your order status.

When you enter one of our contests or promotional campaigns, we will need your name, address, contact telephone numbers and email address. These details enable us to administer the contest/promotion, and to notify the winners.

We do not retain or store any credit or debit card details.

Do you disclose this information to outside parties

We do not pass any of your information on to third parties other than the Television Licensing Authority which we are legally obliged to do so.

What if I have a complaint?

At Beyond Television we strive to provide the very highest levels of product quality and customer care. However, if you feel in any way dissatisfied with any part of our service, please contact us by telephone on 0330 0577143. Should you still feel that your grievance has not been appropriately addresses, you may continue correspondence with the manager. In the event that no amicable agreement can be reached, an independent ombudsman may be sought to settle the matter.

Can you deliver to a different address than the billing address?

Yes, we can make deliveries to a different address, but in these cases we require payment by cheque or bank transfer. Once funds have cleared, your items will be dispatched
