Although we carry a comprehensive range of products in stock, we only feature a carefully selected range on the site. For any models not listed you can contact our Sales Desk on 0870 011 0616 and one of our operators will be happy to help. We can also specifically order models for you that we do not normally carry in stock.

- How can I pay for my goods?
- At Beyond Television we accept all major credit and debit cards. We utilise the industry-standard Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all your personal information including debit and credit card number, name and address. We are so confident about the transaction security when using our Secure Server Ordering system that we back every purchase with our Security Guarantee.
- When will my goods be delivered?
- UK mainland: Most stock orders for home entertainment products are delivered within 3-5 working days from clearance of payment. Major domestic appliances are normally delivered directly by the manufacturers at the earliest available slot in their home delivery schedules and can sometimes take up to 7 working days. - Can you deliver outside the UK?
- Although we can deliver throughout the UK(including Northern Ireland and other offshore locations), we are at the moment unable to supply goods to addresses outside the UK. Our policy on this may change in the future and any changes will be posted on our site.
- What about guarantees and back-up service?
- At Beyond Television, all products supplied are fully covered by the manufacturer's guarantee (for a minimum of 12 months). All non-portable items are backed up by our NATIONWIDE IN-HOME SERVICE should the need arise. - Can I purchase extended warranty protection?
- Yes, we can cover your equipment for up to 5 years from date of purchase with our low cost extended warranty plan. The scheme is backed and under-written by Domestic and General Insurance Company ltd who are leaders in domestic appliance breakdown cover. For the latest premiums simply e-mail us for a quotation.
- What information do you collect and why?

When you place an order with Beyond Television, we will need to know your name, e-mail address, home address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and expiry date. We may also ask you for your home and work telephone numbers. This enables us to authorise your credit or debit card payments, process and fulfil your orders and to notify you of your order status.
When you enter a contest or other promotional campaign, we may run from time to time, we ask for your name, address, contact telephone numbers and e-mail address to administer the contest/promotion and notify the winners.
- Do you disclose your information to outside parties?

- What If I have a complaint?
- Should you in any way feel dissatisfied with any part of our service, please contact us by telephone on 0870 011 0616. Should you still feel that your grievance has not been properly addressed, you may of course continue correspondence with the manager. In the event that no amicable agreement can be reached then an independent ombudsman may be sought to settle the matter.
- Can you arrange deliveries to go to a different address other than the card's billing address?
- Yes, deliveries can be made to a different address, but only by means of a payment by a cheque or bank transfer. Once fund have been cleared the goods will then be dispatched.
