I did a lot of research prior to buying my UE55D6530 from Beyond Television. I searched many many websites for the best overall deals and delivery rates, and they came out on top on the day I wanted to purchase. I was slightly concerned after reading some past reviews regarding a courier service which is used, however the customer service rep Naomi was exceptional and put my mind at ease, as she organised a member of Beyond Television staff to deliver the TV.
The service went above and 'beyond' when I realised that I would not be able to be at home for a Saturday delivery (which was included in the price, not an extra), so Naomi worked her magic and had the delivery driver sleep the night in his van, so that he could deliver on Sunday. You would not get tat from Curry's or any other big store. That alone made me happy. But the delivery driver took it to another level, firstly he was nice an early (as I requested him to be), secondly he brought the TV into my living room, unpackaged it and helped me to inspect it. Brand new, no problems at all. He refused to take the £5 tip I offered, and was jolly the whole time. I really cannot put into words just how good this company is, the TV was expensive for me at around £1400, but Beyond Television made the experience easy and quick. Rapid delivery, best price and good service
These guys had the Samsung LED Smart TV cheapest with extended warranty included so I purchased via the website. The delivery was via their own van and the guy actually called us the night before it was due to arrive to ask if we were in so he could get it delivered at about 9.30 pm which was fine by me as it meant no waiting around during the daytime. During setup we had a few challenges as the Samsung manual is pretty basic, so I rang the number on the site, which is a shop and the guy there started up an identical TV to ours and walked through the setup live with us over the phone. Very impressed with product, price and service!
After much research and shopping around for the best price we finally decided on the Samsung D6100 and Beyond Television were by far the cheapest by offering an additional £50 saving as well as 2 HDMI cables in the deal. We had to make a number of calls asking questions and every person we spoke was helpful, informative and polite. Once we ordered online I called them and arranged delivery. They promised to deliver themselves rather than using a courier service to guarantee it got there. I'm guessing from reading the previous reviews and comments regarding delivery they are obviously listening to customers and making changes to improve their service. We agreed a day and the delivery driver called us when he was on his way. All-in-all we are very pleased with our purchase and would definitely buy from again.
